A 3-month journey to reconnect with your body,
clear inner blocks, and find your North Star.
Do you have this strong feeling inside of you that the life that you're living doesn't fully reflect who you truly are? That somewhere inside you, there's a deeper potential, a deeper purpose waiting to be discovered?
This is something that I've gone through myself and it's something I can definitely help guide you through.

At the beginning of the journey we have a look at where you are right now. We gauge your current status, get to know each other, and begin building a sacred and safe space together.
The first steps involve embodiment practice.
Through slowing down, connecting to your breath, and learning to feel your body again, you begin reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been suppressed or simply not felt.
You also learn to differentiate between your thoughts, your emotions, and your body sensations, and gradually become the observer of these different aspects of your inner experience.
As we explore the body more deeply, we often encounter what I call inner guardians.
These guardians were usually placed in early childhood and took on protective roles in certain areas of the body and psyche.
By going into contact with these guardians, we help them become more conscious of the here and now, allow them to be seen and appreciated, and sometimes re-evaluate their role so they can take on a new task that is more aligned with who you are today.
As these inner processes unfold, emotions that have been repressed begin to move again. Your inner dialogue starts changing. Fear-based patterns slowly move into the background, and new possibilities begin to open up.
Many people notice that they feel more energy, more ease, and more connection with their intuition.
As self-doubt and blocks around self-worth soften, you begin discovering your strengths, your talents, and the gifts that are uniquely yours. Your intuition becomes clearer, and you learn to recognize the difference between fear-based voices and the quiet voice of your inner guidance.
Once your inner system feels more open and energy is flowing again, we move into values and vision work. Through guided meditation, reflection exercises, and intuitive conversations, you begin exploring who you truly are and what you came here to bring into the world. This part of the journey helps you start moving toward who you want to become.
During the three-month journey we meet once per week for twelve sessions of about 60–90 minutes.
Between sessions you receive reflective questions, workbook exercises, and practices that support the process in your daily life. If needed, you can also reach out for guidance between sessions.
By the end of this journey my intention is that you know what you came here for. You begin feeling excited about your path and ready to start implementing your talents, strengths, and passions into meaningful projects.
